Sericaia is operated from Portugal. These are the contact points required by the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

For authorities (Article 11)

Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us at legal@sericaia.app. We accept communications in Portuguese and English.

For users (Article 12)

Anyone using Sericaia can reach a person at support@sericaia.app, in Portuguese or English. This is not an automated channel.

Reporting illegal content

You do not need an account to report something. Write to support@sericaia.app with the address of the content, what is wrong with it, and how to reach you. If the report concerns an intimate image of you, or content involving a child, say so — those are handled ahead of everything else.

We do not require you to prove your identity in order to report something. We may ask for more detail if a report is too vague to act on.

When we remove something

If we remove or hide something you posted, we email you the reason and how to object. A person makes that decision — Sericaia does not remove content automatically.

Supervisory authority

The Digital Services Coordinator for Portugal is ANACOM. Complaints about how we apply the Digital Services Act can be directed there.
